Takes 3 RGB trains, outputs 1 train of every other color. Output for each is equal to three 12-belt painters (64,800 L/min), which is generally enough to produce a 12-belt of any task. This blueprint can be copy-pasted multiple times in sequence to increase production on the same train lines
