Blueprint - 2x2 island swapper - 2 triple layer belts as input and output

Swaps 2 triple layer space belts together and outputs 2 triple layer space belts as well. Shapes are rotated so that they are all identical in the output. All optimized, and somewhat elegant (at least I tried).
