White Mixer - 1x3 Platform - 12 of Each RGB In - 3x12 White Out

Description

In this design, white paint is produced by mixing RGB in a 2:1:1 ratio. This works because two units of one color can each pair with a combination of the other two colors to form white paint. There are several possible combinations that follow this logic. For example: Red + Red + Green + Blue, Red + Blue + Green + Green, Red + Green + Blue + Blue. Each of these combinations results in two sets of secondary colors that mix into white. Since fluid volume is preserved, the output matches the total input. A 2:1:1 mix produces 4 units of white paint. Dividing the ratio by 4 gives the smallest portion needed for a single unit of white: each unit follows a relative input ratio of 2/4 : 1/4 : 1/4 among the three RGB components. The main idea behind this setup is simple. The challenge lies in arranging the pipes so that the entire system fits within a 1x3 platform. After experimenting with different layouts, I found several variations that meet the required conditions. Some can even include extra features. This blueprint shows one of those working solutions. Since this design mixes all three colors together, the system will not produce any output if any one of the inputs is missing. Additionally, because it uses multiple Fluid Launchers, a certain amount of fluid must accumulate before it can be transferred to the Fluid Catchers. As a result, there is a short delay when the system starts. Once all the pipes are filled, the system will operate at full speed and begin continuous output.
