Blueprint - Shape Diagnostics

My personal small diagnostics tool, which can be used as a drop-in for any straight space belt piece. Pulls out all the belt contents into clearly visible displays, showing content and throughput. Additionally, allows disabling each layer (this will back up those lanes, but adding a priority switch with a trash platform mitigates that).
