Blueprint - Hexagon Half to Hazard 1x3 Island 12x in 12x out

Inputs half shapes and outputs a shape with no pieces touching (i.e. a hazard sign). 12 lanes in, 12 lanes out. Input orientation must be either east or west. Output orientation can be changed by placing a rotator between the belt catchers.
