Blueprint - Stacker island 24x in 8x out 3L shapes 96x stackers

Stacker Island, improved: double the input/output. It now accepts 8x inputs for each of three shapes and outputs 8x outputs of 3-layer shapes (24 / 3 = 8). It uses 96x stackers in a 1x1 platform.
